to find the best demensions for a "v" shaped holding tank for a 1980 Hunter 30. Has anyone out there ever installed one of these without destroying the fiberglass access to the forward storage compartment on this vessel. I'd really like to install something around 15 gallons - but will it go through the opening. Thanks in advance.Al Britos/v Showtime

Nix on bladders?

I know that I have not read much favorable about bladders but mine has been no problem. It doesn't have any odor, it's big and mounted in the center of the v-berth(H37C), and can be installed in very small areas. It empties well and when I can't get to the pumpout station I still don't detect foul odors. Maybe their life is short, this is only my second season with the boat. But if it fails it's easily removed and relatively inexpensive to replace.
