I understand that Hunter 170s are prone to stress cracks when exposed to extremely cold temperatures. I live in Canada and, just as the temperature got below minus 25 degrees, my Hunter 170 hull developed dozens of cracks, some of which were 1/4 inch wide and 10 feet long. The hull was completely drained and dry. I would like to hear from others who have experienced the same problem.
