I am looking for a Stowe Navigator2 windspeed indicator display either to replace my faulty one(numbers faint on digital display)or for parts to repair same.

I have the same display, just waiting for it to quit completely before I replace it.
FWIW, the display connects to the printed circuit board with a ribbon cable. You can carefully pry the retaining clips on the plug and remove the ribbon. Clean it very good and put it back. The ribbon cable is just tinned not gold plated thus it oxidizes over time.
I fixed mine with missing segments a few years ago. It's an old unit from UK I believe. It just won't quit so that I can justify to replace it.
