in boom furling
Stephen, I'm putting an in boom furling on my Hunter 410 while its on the hard this winter. have done extensive research on them. I'm using YSA's FurlBoom on my 410. Primarily because they can handle the amount of pre-bend in the Hunter masts. Leisurefurl also makes a very quality system. You don't say what size boat you have, but Schaffer and Profurl have new systems that look good for smaller boats. An interesting point is that only FurlBoom and Leisurefurl design allows an "outhaul" effect in the Boom/Sail. Other positive for these systems are that you can maintain the roach on the sail, vs. in-mast furling and they support full batten sails.
