Less flame seems to suggest a restriction. My guess without any other info is that the burner holes are oxidizing and closing up a bit. Try taking a piece of stiff wire and poking it into the holes to remove any foreign material from the corrosion. Metals that are hot and repeatedly cycled through hot and cold and in a high humidity environment will react with free oxygen and my guess is that's the problem. Otherwise I'd recommend you go with an Origo non pressurized alcohol stove. This gets rid of the dangerous propane, frees up your propane locker, eliminates the electrical and maintenance need for a solenoid switch and hoses and connections. I replaced my Tasco stove/oven with an Origo and am very happy with it. I had an Origo two burner in a smaller boat before and liked it then as well.
