I purchased my C30 with a two burner surface stove, I would like to build a cabinet to hold a two burner surface stove and allow for storage or draws below. Not sure whether I want it to gimble or just build it into to stove space. Don't plan on cooking while sailing much. I remember seeing someone post a picture of a home made cabinet with plans. Any Ideas, Thanks,

Convert and get a frige

I recently pulled out the alcohol stove and oven in my C-30. I took a colman campstove and ripped out the burners and then took an old Kerosen stove I had and combined the burners of the propane stove to the dish of the kerosen stove and built a slide in top to put this in. Under the stove I have put in a small refer ($25.00 at the last boat part rummage sale) for inport use when I am hooked up to shore power. I find that even under sail on the Atlantic, you can still cook. Just have to be mindful that it is not gimbled, but it will help with portion control. Best diet yet.
