I have a storm jib (28 sq ft) for my H22 which is fine in high wind when using a second reef but I was wondering if it would make sense to get one a bit larger like a 60 sq ft or so to use when winds are not as extreme but enough to take the fun out of a 110 jib along with the first reef. I'd like to know if others here use more than one jib.

I have a storm job, 110, 155, and a spiniker.

I spend most of my time sailing on Lake Allatoona north of Atlanta one the west side. I have never found the need to use the single reef here because the winds are not constant enough. If the wind gets above 10 mph and appears it's going to stay that way I just double reef. I have also discovered that in high wind the boat handles best with just the storm job and no main. I have sailed on our lake in 25 mph winds and 2.5 to 3 foot waves. The spinnaker is just fun.
