You can find used sails on the internet, the most popular one seems to be Minney's Sails. You can find new sails on this site by Doyle. You can probably find a decent sailmaker in your area as well. LaDonna

Storm sail

Storm sails are pretty cheap, even new. THey are usually not very big (all things are relative), and they are also simple. They need be strong, and in good condition, if you really need them. My estimate is less than $500 for a staysail plus jib for a 22. For example, Cruising Direct lists a stomr jib in-stock for $249. See link:
