stolen Vega 3329 emerged again

My Vega 3329 which was stolen last june from Marina Muiderzand, Almere
Holland emerged again last thursday in Enkhuizen Holland. She was
offered for sale to someone who got suspicious and checked the internet
via "google" to find out if it was stolen. Bingo...because the theft was
reported on the dutch Vega Kring's site. He phoned me and an hour later
the guys who were present onboard got arrested by the police.
All of you who showed warm interest during the mourning period are
thanked again. Those who want to have details to learn from this horror
story may contact me by e-mail. Reply will take a while though since
many arrangements/details still have to be made/found out.

Thats great news Rob, when I returned from the IFR in Sweden, the German Police were at the dock waiting for me. Someone had obviously hinted to them that my Vega may have been a stolen boat. The night before I was in Helgoland where the harbor master wanted to know my next port of call. They would not give me any information as to why they thought I was on a stolen boat, at any rate, I am glad to hear you got your boat back.
