I have a 350 beneteau 1989 and the wheel goes hard.i I loosen up the cables tension to see that it is not the rudder bearings but still the wheel goes hard.the cables go from the wheel to quadrant throu two leading pipes that may have some internal teflon cover to reduce friction . someone had the same problem?
