Steve: You have commented in the past about filling a pail with hot water, detergent and bleach to periodically flush those wonderfully hidden collection areas in the hull liner. As I recall, you said you poured it in under the V-berth, the ice box and behind the engine pan. Where exactly behind the engine pan? That pan on my boat drains nowhere unless you count the starboard heater hose pass-thru.

Not Steve but

Open the rear storage cover under the aft berth. Pour there, only hull down there, no cabin liner.

Ditto Patrick's comment

Doug: Nearly any place in the aft (under the aft berth will work). I normally poured the mixture near the shaft log or one of the other compartments will work. Anywhere where you do not see the smooth gelcoated liner. It is really best if you take the boat out for a sail to slosh it around. PS: Where do you store you boat for winter storage?

Winter storage...

is not really an issue. The boat stays in the slip year round coming out only once every 3-4 years for bottom paint and miscellaneous r&r.

Doug, just curious

Doug: I was just curious. We purchased our Hunter Vision 36 in Stockton, MO. last year.
