Stern Rail Seats

I recently pruchased a 1985 Hunter 285. Interested in adding Stern Rail Seats. Two questions:

1. Has anyone added stern rail seats to the existing standard stern rails?

and/or

2. Has anyone found a place to buy stern railings for a Hunter 285 that incorporate stern rail seats?

My H240 had the stern rail seats when I purchased it (3rd owner). I too use the throwable cushions (USGC required anyway) on the aft seats. How ever, after losing one, some time ago, I now used about 12"X1/4" line attached to the seat, with the carabiner snapped to a loop on the cushion. No lost cushion, with quick dis-connect if necessary.

I saw a pair at the local resale shop here in kemah today. Looked like they came off of a catalina. Very Clean made out of starboard. Had quick release clamps.
