When mooring with a line ( or 2) off the stern, I find it awkward to winch the line in, as the wheels and cockpit get in the way ( the boat is 2002 model), can anyone recomend a way to lead the line cleanly to the winches. Thanks, Michael.
you must be referring to Med-mooring; the stern to a wharf or dock and the bow anchored out? Try a couple of snatch blocks at the toerail, one on each side, to keep the lines out of the cockpit
