I want to get a stern anchor to my C22. My bow anchor is an 8 lb Danforth. Should the stern anchor be the same size or can it be smaller?

Hi THere, For my 2000 Mark II I purchased 2 each 8lb danforths One for the bow and one for the stern. Depending on where you plan to anchor would be a better guage as to whether you need to go heavier or of a differnt type. For me anchoring in a harbor , on a lake or even say off Stearns wharf in Santa Barbara these work just fine.
