Here's one....copy the picture to a file so you can use a proper viewer, otherwise the printing may be a bit difficult to make out. you might also google for "mast raising with a-frame"

Is your mast hinged? Front or back?

Here's what I do. Not fancy or finished but it works.

Tomorrow I'm going to see how it works with the boat in the water, using the primary winches.
