My I have and Edson steering system in my 1994 Hunter 37.5. The stainless bolt in the quandrant that holds the rudder stock seems to be seized to the aluminum quandrant. How can I get it out?
mark, on my 79 h33 I tried wd40 and still wrung off a couple of the bolts. I simply drilled the old bolt out and through bolted with a nut in reassembly. You might give PB Blaster a shot for a couple of weeks if possible. That stuff is better than wd40 and is available at Auto stores.
