Steaming light for mid 80s 28.5

The steaming light on my (not quite yet) 1987 Hunter 28.5 is missing. Does anyone know where to get a replacement? TIA Martin

Aqua Signal 25

Hopefully the wire is still in place for you. I would use the Aqua Signal 25 series 25400-7 you will need their mounting bracket. The original was a Perko 1331DP0CHR. Both of these lights are available from any of the large suppliers.

Martin are you getting the boat from Norm? I had a 28.5 and loved it just got a new 306 from Norm at Port Sanilac Craig

Take it off....

and replace it with a combo steaming/deck light. I'm glad I did it on mine, and it was worth the trouble running another wire for the deck light. Of course this is assuming that you have unstepped the mast. You could use the existing wire to pull a two wire in its place with it stepped, but it would be much more work.

Craig, that's right. I was out there last weekend for a sea trial with Kevin. I understand your new boat is just two berths west of mine. I'm sure I'll see you there.
