Stay tightness

Does anyone know the proper tension needed for a S2 7.3 - I do have a Loos gauge - my side (downwind)stays are very loose when the boat is healing... Could use some help!

I checked the manual, but it only has generalities. To be frank, it isn't too critical. The downwind stays should be a little loose, but not slack when heeling.
