I am going to be replacing my transom wedge this spring as part of installing an new outboard bracket(Garlick 7091). I am thinking of using statboartd to fabricate the wedge but I beed it to be 3" thick to match what is there now. The question have is that I have not been able to locate any material 3" thick so I am going to need to glue it. Has anyone done this and if so what did you use.

Ask the source ??

If the product you're referring to is StarBoard, why not search their site or contact the manufacturer for info abt. adhesives?

Check with Rudy on that.

Give Rudy Nickerson of D&R Marine a call on the transom wedge. I'm pretty sure that he'd have an answer for you on that.
