Falls of this type don't happen due to carelessness. This man obviously knew the three points of contact rule. I bet that he had a health episode.

Very sad, and what a weird coincidence. I just watched Ghost Hunters last night and they were doing an investigation on the Star of India. I'm not a complete believer in the paranormal but it looked like a lot of stuff was going on with that ship.
