Stancion caps

Does anyone know where I can get the black plastic caps that go on top of the boats stancions. Hope I spelled that right.

I found rail end caps at Bo'sun Supplies, Co. But they are not plastic. These are SS.

My stanchion is missing 1 black plastic cap. So I use a mineral water bottle cap. Me cheap. Real cheap.
