Stanchion removal

If it is similar to B361 the nut is below deck. Have a look at the attached pdf (hopefully I have managed to upload it!).
Stanchion poles stuck!
Thanks for the reply . I was able to download attachment but it is not the same on an 85. The issue is the stanchion poles bolts are stuck. Possibly b/c they are stainless and base rail is aluminum. Annozation and salt buildup. I was thinking an impact wrench and some liquid wrench might do the trick to loosen the nut. I was able to remove one nut but the pole would then not budge. It could have some sealant holding it in.
I need to remove all poles and pulpit for haul out and trailer transport to a yard for refit. The height is 13.6 feet and thats too high to clear some power lines and bridges on the roads in Maine.
