Stanchion Pole tops

Here is one I wanted to post before, but remembered now:
I 4 of my stanchion posts have the original tops where the lifeline goes through: a stainless steel round top with a hole
My other 4 do not have that: any ideas who sells them ( or else I can remove the 4 I have and change all to be the same)
Any advice will be appreciated

I lost one years ago and replaced it with a similar but not exact fitting that is used for Bimini tops. Has worked well and looks almost the same.

For stainless boat parts I usually call Tops-In-Quality. Even if you do not see it on their website they probably have it, can make it, or will tell you where to go.
