Stability Site Finished

The stability site is now finished, at least for now. I might go on to some more advanced topics such motion in waves if there is sufficient interest and encouragement.

Very well done and Thank you. With wheeled vehicles on a side hill slope when the vertical line from the CG falls outside the wheels the vehicle rolls over.
