Where to go on a charter

Planing on a bareboat charter. Follow the typical company plan? Suggested snorkle spots, anchorages, etc? Good places to stay/eat before and after charter?

Was there last month...

We chartered with Sunsail. Spent a week circling the island. Loved the area and would go back. No mooring balls to be had so be sure of your anchor set.
