SPX-5 install where?

I've got a new SPX-5 for my H326, now where should I install the Course Computer? I can think of only 2 locations:
1. on the bulkhead of the rear berth (facing forward).
2. in the port locker at backend of transom.

Any H326 owner fitted an SPX-5 SmartPilot ?
