Do you have it? How do you know? What is it?
I let Mother Nature tell me “It’s Spring”
We arrived home after our condo quarantine with the grand kids, while the world is getting all messed up. From a snow filled weekend to Sunshine and 58 degree weather. And what do we see in the neighbors front yard?
Tom turkey strutting about
All puffed up like he’s ready to dance. Blue head, beard and all. What’s going on? He’s all alone but he’s ready for something.
I unload the car and was about to close the garage door when Tom struts past the back of our cars down the street.
Into the other neighbors yard. And look who he finds. Ms Hen standing all demure fluffing her feathers with her head bowed.
Yes spring has sprung. And Tom has in mind a little “Afternoon Delight”.
Now I’m guessing he was a bit miffed at us pulling in to our driveway just when he was about to walk down the street and make his presence known.
Oh well get over it.
