Spreaders and spreader tips

Hello.I have just bought my Oday 192 and have discovered that the spreaders have been bent. Not sure if it happened before or after I bought it. Can they be straitened or should they be replaced?If I need to replace them, where can I find new spreaders and tips?Thanks

p -While it might be possible to straighten the spreader I think the risk of failure outweighs the cost savings. The loads on the spreaders are substantial and if they are bent they will tend to fail much more easily. I would take the spreaders to your local marine supplier - they may be able to give you similar material you could cut to length and groove to hold the shrouds.
