just installed some LED spreader lights.......they work great.........I hooked them up to the deck light........now the deck light is kind of yellow.....I hope I can change the original deck light to a LED

Very nice! Our 340 doesn't have any sort of deck light, so I get to don the headlamp if we happen to come into achorage after dark. Way cute.

I have been considering spreader lights, but can't land on what brand/model. What did you end up going with? Source? Cost?

They are ...ocean LED and they are 170$ each ( here in toronto)... Other sources may sell for less .... These lights are very strong..... They do a nice job and they are about 25 ft above deck ...... I think they are going to be worth it
