have just finished unstepping my mast for winter storage. had aheck of a time removing the spreaders . the bar they slide over is so tight i had to use alot of force to remove is areal tight fit necessary? ibelieve the bars on the mast should be machined smaller. appreciate hearing from others who have had similar experiences.
