After much work and a repower to a Yanmar 3GM30F, my baby is wet on her bottom again. Thanks to all, particularly Sam Lust for his help and insight. A few observations...The 3GM was a great choice over the 2GM. It powered me right out of Ponce inlet with incoming wind and tide. I have power to spare. She lost a 120 pounds in her rear so she's down by the bow with the water tank full.
