We are finishing up our first year with a cruising spinnaker on our H35.5 and have had great results - but have a concern. The lead for the spinnaker halyard is directly atop the connection where the forestay is attached to the mast. Because of this we have experienced problems with the halyard getting caught up in the genoa when using the roller furling. Any ideas on how to extend the halyard in order to alleviate this problem?
