Spinnaker Halyard&mainsheet block placement

I have a spinnaker for the DSI and I'm interested how many inches above the forestay should the tang be placed for the spinnaker halyard? Should the spinnaker halyard block go at the very top of the mast? Also, I need info on placement of the mainsheet blocks. Are "through deck" blocks used or any particular type of block? Thanks! Spinnaker halyard placement

The class rules say that the spinnaker halyard attachment point is 2" above the attachment of the shrouds. You can get a detailed description at the National Class Web-Site.
