Spinnaker for O'Day 192

Has anyone rigged a spinnaker for an O'Day 192 ? I've looked at bigger & smaller boats of various brands and the are all rigged differently, i.e. Blocks on the mast, blocks & cleats in the cockpit, size of whisker pole, etc. How do you figure out how high above were the jib halyard comes out of the mast to mount the block? Symmetrical or Asymmetrical sail and recommended sail manufacterers ? Where to mount blocks & cleats in the cockpit for the sheets, sheets run inside or outside the lifelines ? Thanks

spinnaker bail

My 26 has a bail attached to the front of the mast head. A block is attached to the bail. Spinnakers usually need the ability to slide around on the bail to keep sail from twisting. No pictures, too high up for my dinky digital camera.
