Hi every one. After slowly trhough a few years,I think Ihave the boat just right except for a spinaker.I ve seen the video on how to rig it on a 260.They install a block to the forward arm of the stearn rail seats. Question : does this holds the spinaker in 20 knots winds with out damaging the seats or is there another way. thanks for help.

Drop the spinaker

I imagine you will want to drop the spinaker before you get to 20 knots. Controlling that rascal is probably more than you want to try in that wind with that boat. Markdb

cruising chute

I've never flown mine in more than 12 knots. At 20 knots I would have a reefed main and be exceeding haul speed surfing down waves. I definately wouldn't have the chute up on this boat.
