Spin-Tec furlers

Does anyone have any experience with Spin-Tec furlers? Our newly purchased boat has one and we are having difficulties getting the jib down.

Here's a vid that will answer your question. It appears you need a special tool, that would of course be included with the sail package. I'm sure the previous owner stashed it in the boat somewhere.
