spider cracks

I am considering making an offer for a 1988 Beneteau First 305. I would like to ask your advice on the following.

The deck has spider cracks around shrouds and hatches. There are no soft spots. Does this threaten structural integrity. Would you recommend immediate repairs?

They look like simple stress cracks. Your pre-purchase surveyor can tell you if moisture has penetrated. Thefts the only way to get a reliable answer
