Cut and paste explained
This works for most any CO-based applications. You may find this a bit clunky at first, but if you just remember two keyboard combinations….Use your word processor to type your response and do the spell check (if it’s not done automatically). Highlight all the text with your mouse. Then press and hold the CTRL key, then the “C” key. That copies everything that’s high lighted into the clipboard. Now switch back to the HOW site, use your mouse to click in the box titled “write now” (where you normally enter your text. That puts the cursor in that box) – and press and hold the CTRL key, then the “V” key. That pastes the text that you have copied. If you’d like, I can give you a shortcut to get the response title in as well. This will not do anything for poor grammar, but it’s guaranteed to improve your correspondences by two or three grade levels.
