Sometime ago (6 mos)there was a thread regards the speed wheel. It was mentioned that in the automotive world there is a liquid or paint that would prevent sea growth on this little paddle wheel. Does anyone remember what it was ?? Bob Dean

It is in an old Defender catalogue in the 'instrument systems' area. It is a non-corrosive water based product for salt or fresh water. Six bucks. Thanks for reminding me; my transducer is fouled right now. I'm going to get some.. RD
