"A guy a work bought a laptop off E-bay for $60, a guy that works with my neighbor bought a lap top that fell off a truck..." these are things that I hear everday. I wouldn't buy a laptop that fell off a truck, but I would like to have a laptop on my boat loaded with free charts. I would like to know if anyone knows of a good site for charts, maps, computers, their requirements, their ratings, etc (this is a very poorly constructed sentence).
