I try to found the handle where it was installed to the end of transom way.
Where we get out, of the water to climb on the boat Is there a way to find the spare pieces for that ?

I don't know why but only one is missing, when I bought my sailboat ( Hunter 336 )

A picture is worth a thousand words! (See picture attached)

Thanks
André

Andre,

My buddy has a 1995 336 and he definitely has 2, as is shown in the picture. The store on this forum is the official Hunter parts supplier. send them a message to see if they can supply the handle. If not it may be best to remove the existing handle and have a stainless welder make a copy for you,

Maybe a previous owner backed into something hard and damaged it.

Good luck.

suggestion

May I make a suggestion that you add a stainless flat washer on the
threaded part first than through the hole in the fiberglass add another
washer backing on inside.
My handles have welded flat stock and than bolted with backing on
inside,I saw a newer hunter like mine with out the flat washer on out side
and it was not looking good and the fiberglass was cracking.

Yeah I thought that was too much money for that also. I just may go and do that to my boat as well

It's not as much clearance as you have on the old handles but that price you can't beat it.

Let us know how the clearance works out, it they're a good substitute we'll carry them as replacements.

The price delta is the difference between mass production and custom fabrication. If we can find a production part that fits and does the job, great!

Just a heads-up: We're checking the spec on the handle that Hunter makes, but the one you referenced here is not a center-to-center spec of 12"; that's the overall size. The spec you need for fit is center to center.

I'll post the correct spec here once we get it.

Ack! Sorry, I forgot to post this when I got the data... if we're talking about the same parts here, the grab rails that we show for these boats have 7-1/2" centers.

Too late I ordered the one at 4$ each at Defender
Maybe I will use for another place
And wait to found the one who measure 7 1/2" center to center
Thank to all

Cheers

I bought a set, geez, for $4 each hard to turn down. I received them, they are OK, the ends are not sealed. However, I will use them as access handles, if 12" is too much, I will tilt it sideways a little.
