Spare Parts Followup

Thanks for the response on the spare parts for a Yanmar 3QM30. I'll look into getting the kits. I already have the service and parts manuals. While I don't have anything to compare them with, I think they are excellent. They've helped me out a lot.I'm curious why an injector pump isn't included in your major kit. Is it 1) too expensive, 2) unlikely to fail?Thanks. This is a great forum.

Inector Pump

It's a combination of too expensive and unlikely to fail. They don't fail often, and when they do they can be rebuilt. Adding in an expensive part would raise the price of the kit and give you an uncescessary part.
