That is great news and I agree that good customer service is rare these days. I have SOSpenders for all five of my crew (daughters) and am glad to hear that the company that sells them backs them up.

This is the first time I have written a post like this. I just received a SOSPENDERS 38 series automatic PFD for my birthday. Due to mishandling (everyone had to check it out) a indicator tab was broken. On Monday I called their toll free number and explained to them what had happened, making it very clear that it was my error, that I had caused the problem, and asking how to go about getting a replacement part. Not only did they send the part for free, it arrived the next day!! In this day & age when it seems that everyone is out to 'rip you off' it is a pleasure to find a company that takes care of a customer the way they did. Kudos SOSPENDERS!!!!!!! Tom s/v GAIA

When they recalled their Millenium model, they were easy to deal with and included a discount coupon along with the refund.
