Sole Refinishing

My teak/holly floor boards are stained dark near the refrigeration unit. It's probably due to condensation or moisture and seems to occur where the structural grid supports the boards. Has anyone had any luck in removing the boards and refinishing them and putting in some type of isolation or insulation barrier under them when they are reinstalled?

Trent-Got the same thing around my basin. Tried to slowly dry the moisture out by placing a ceramic heater (on low) near the area. Dried it out somewhat. I don't think that it will ever be the same though. Just finished varnishing the V-berth sole and it looks great. Helped a great deal to cover the imperfections in the sole. Best of luck.
