OK, The last of the sanding is done on the sole ( 60, then 100, 150, 200 grit)and I am ready to apply the finish as soon as temperature comes up some. The cover to the bilge area was taken home and done in the basement. Was done with WM admirals varnish. My concerns are with the slipperyness of the entire sole done this way. I only want a very slight grip to it as a rug ( not carpet!!!) is going to cover 40-60 % of the main sole. That solves some of the problem, but I'm still concerned. Add an additve?? if so what? if not other steps. Was very careful as to not sand through to ply material and I think the finished product is going to look awesome. Also any good links to Lower cost LED lights for interior would be helpful. Pray for Wind, Lugeman
