I would like to mount some solar on my 75' C22 without a stern pulpit.

Any inexpensive suggestions?

Do you have a Bimini? Before my oldstyle had a rail I added the soft solar panel that lays on top of it. It still resides there.

You could make a frame from aluminum square tubing. I got mine at Home Depot.
I would put it off the stern, and up about rail level as if it was there.
Back there it's out of the way and can be permanent.

Here's a cheap and easy way I mounted a solar panel, (if you have life line stantions). Granted, it was a trickle charger, but it kept the battery re-charged and topped off while the boat sat on the trailer. Made with inexpensive 1" PVC pipe supplies.

Guess mine isn't as nice as others. Mine is from the factory mounted in a hard rubber frame with I guess what you would call small feet on the frame. I just have it sitting on the deck just in front of the hatch behind the mast...Thus far it's never slid around or bounced off infact I dont think about it much really. Mine as well is just a 10watt trickle to keep the battery topped off.

Would probably be nice if it was mounted but I guess it works.
