I think you'll be happy with the Ganz panel. By replacing the glass with the textured plastic covering and aluminum backing plate, they are really light weight, and really rugged and generally seem to be really well made. The 12w has a good quality marine grade tinned wire to attach to the controller, I beleive they all do as well.

Other than the Sunsei mounting bracket, you should be able to exactly duplicate my setup, the GV-4 will handle a 30w panel just fine.
