SoCal Sailors Off To The Races

Many of us from these boards are off Friday to the annual Newport Beach to Ensenada, BC Mexico race. Myself on Attitude Adjustment 2 and Rick on Whiskey Chaser are two of a flock of Hunters. Looks like a light start with it filling in Saturday. I'll post something next Friday. Took a first in class of 22 boats last year. This year I'm taking two more crew and expect it to be more challenging to finish well, given that they have a tough time focusing. I should have taken a nurse too

Fast Hunters

Did an overnighter last summer in the company of a new Hunter 45 CC. That boat was surprisingly fast. And the skipper isn't that good of a sailor. Good luck to you, and all others who are heading out.

On a side note, I did run into your former MDR neighbor on Take Two out at Catalina this weekend..
