Look under Sobstad and you will find their site. They have been around for quite awhile although I think they had more lofts at one time. I think the growing or contraction of the number of lofts for a particular brand has more to do with money for the owner of the loft then the quality of the sails.
I purchased a new main and jib for my O'day 272 firom their Barrie, Ontario shop in 2005 and was very pleased with the sails. I raced the boat quite a lot and either won or placed in most races using Sobstadt sails.
They have many franchised indepenently owned shops. The sails will vary some depending on
which shop built them. You can get a quality sail today in most lofts. The design are all laid
out by computer. Rolly Tasker sails a big loft in the far east builds superior sails out of state of the art bambridge cloth
