Fiberglass is great
fun. Boatfix.com has west systems epoxy for the lowest price that I have been able to find. The addiativs are pretty inexpensive, too.John r. sweet Co has a bunch of additional tools, etc. and a good writeup of the different types/weights of glass.Ebay has a bunch of cloth that is inexpensive. I would imagine that if the snow broke the hatch cover, you probably have a rotten core.If you are doing any type of glass work, I would recommend you buy the epoxy by the gallon, especially for someone who is a tinkerer. One tip, have lots of rags, lots of acetone, rubber gloves, old clothes (long sleeve shirt), dust mask, eye wear, and lots of light (don't do it at night). Now, if I could only find an inexpensive source for closed cell foam for some cushions.
